AlertPoster
AlertPoster is a standalone emergency notification system which enables
an organisation to send emergency messages to all staff, or groups of
staff, independent of the email system. The messages can be linked to
pre-prepared "posters" in any file format which provide detailed
information, such as evacuation procedures. This makes it very easy
to combine real-time information on a particular emergency with general
information about what staff should do.
The messages pop up on staff's screens no matter what they are doing,
and automatically display the linked "poster" when they click
on the message. This lets you give you staff both:
- real-time information on the current situation, and
- detailed (pre-prepared) information such as evacuation
procedures.
Each alert identifies who sent the message, and who authorised it.
So your staff will know that the message is genuine, and respond accordingly.
